The purpose of the Northwood University Ultimate Frisbee team is to develop teamwork, build relationships, and help students use physical activity to relieve stress and frustrations.

Overview

As members of the Ultimate Frisbee team, we gather at least once a week, play several games of Ultimate Frisbee or other sports, and just have fun while breaking a sweat. This is an open group. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join and come out to have some fun.
