NSLS encourages community action, volunteerism, personal growth, and strong leadership. It is the nation’s largest leadership honor society. Invitations to join our online chapter are distributed each fall and spring semester based on academic standing.
Overview
The NSLS is the largest and only accredited leadership honor society in the United States. Our local chapter is part of this national organization with more than 800 chapters and over 2 million existing members. Students are selected based on exemplary academic achievement and leadership potential.
Our chapter members will have access to:

- A personalized letter of recommendation
Our online chapter was founded in 2017 and we currently have 997 student members (Traditional Undergraduate, Northwood Online, DeVos, Alumni).

Requirements
Students will take the DiSC personality assessment to become more self-aware and improve communication skills.
