Northwood University’s newest on-campus housing, featuring modern apartments with one, two or four bedroom layouts – and also contains new amenities for Northwood students.

- One-bedroom/one-bathroom units. Approximately 450+ square feet
- Two bedroom/one-bathroom units. Approximately 630+ square feet
- Four-bedroom/two-bathroom units. Approximately 1100+ square feet
- Main floor lobby and gathering area
- Grab-and-go food service (limited selection)
- Study lounges on each floor
- Free laundry facilities (provide your own soap/pods and dryer sheets)
- Central Air Conditioning
- Elevator
- Three-prong electrical outlets
- Blankets, pillows and linens (mattress size: twin, extra-long)
- Bath towels and accessories: soap/shampoo/shower supplies
- Cleaning supplies (vacuums, mops and brooms are provided)

- Loft beds and frames (raising a bed over 8 inches is prohibited)
- Toasters and/or toaster ovens
- Weapons: Rifles, handguns, dog repellent, mace, pepper spray, paintball guns, pellet guns, BB guns, knives, firecrackers/fireworks, etc. are prohibited
- Your own bed or mattress (only university-owned mattresses and bed frames are permitted within the residential complexes)
