Influential Impact Makers
Being in the Healthcare Management program was the best decision that I have ever made. Becoming Vice President and then President for NU’s Healthcare registered student organization NUSHMO helped me excel in leadership. The classes provided with this program have taught me that change is needed in Healthcare, and I have to be ready to adapt to anything that happens.

Northwood’s students are not only exceptional in terms of academic achievements, but they also possess qualities that make them stand out in the real world. LCS is proud to have been able to attract some of the most talented and driven students from Northwood University. From my experience, these individuals are not only academically excellent, but also bring a diversity of perspectives and experiences that enrich our organization, the communities we operate, and ultimately positively contribute to the lifestyle of the residents we serve.
– Baylie Panzi, Community Talent & Human Resources Director at LCS
Thanks to the final project we completed in the HR class at Northwood, I quickly proposed multiple ideas to increase retention and help promote careers at MRH with a small budget in mind. Becoming familiar with the medical terminology we often use in the classroom has allowed me to advance quickly in this position.
