The Omniquest Committee on the Texas Campus selected Start With Why because it is a book about optimism, inspiration, and transformational leadership. In many ways, the book affirms Northwood’s mission to develop the future leaders of a global, free-enterprise society. Written by Simon Sinek, “… it offers an unconventional perspective that explains WHY some people and organizations are more innovative, more profitable, and command greater loyalties from customers and employees alike.”
The book reveals some interesting and thought-provoking patterns of how leaders think, act, and communicate, and how they and their companies have a major impact on the world.
