From entrepreneurs to professionals in the automotive industry and professional sports organizations, the 2025 Class of 20 Under 40 honorees is a diverse group of alumni who have made outstanding professional and personal achievements since their time at Northwood University.
“This year’s 20 Under 40 class features a distinguished community of leaders who are driving economic and social progress in their local communities and around the U.S. and world,” stated Julie Adamczyk, senior alumni and engagement officer.
Established in 2023, the 20 Under 40 program honors Northwood alumni who exemplify excellence in their careers, organizations, and communities. This year’s selection process was highly competitive, with over 250 nominations submitted, showcasing the remarkable contributions of NU graduates across diverse industries.
“Our 20 Under 40 program has been a phenomenal success in terms of alumni engagement and participation, and most importantly, in recognizing the impact NU alumni are making at their alma mater,” Adamczyk noted.
The following honorees are in the 2025 Class of 20 Under 40 (all hometowns are in Michigan unless stated otherwise):
