Northwood University invites the community to experience the magic of the season at our annual Winter Wonderland, where campus transforms into a festive display of lights, holiday music, horse-drawn wagon rides, and joyful activities designed to delight visitors.
Winter Wonderland will feature horse-drawn wagon rides from 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 10, 12, 17, and 19. Guests are invited to savor hot cocoa, take in the beautiful holiday decor, and explore the many attractions that make Northwood’s Winter Wonderland a highlight of the season.
“We look forward to welcoming the community to enjoy this special time of year with us at Northwood,” stated Laura Rhodes, who experienced Winter Wonderland as a student and now serves as the program’s lead organizer in her capacity as director of annual giving for Northwood University. “Winter Wonderland is more than a celebration; it’s an opportunity for us to share the warmth and joy of the season with our neighbors while supporting our students.”
Winter Wonderland is made possible thanks to donations from faculty, staff, alumni and community members. Proceeds fund vital student programs and scholarships.
In addition to individual contributions, the university is offering sponsorship opportunities for local businesses and community members who wish to play a meaningful role in sustaining this beloved tradition. Additionally, a limited-edition Northwood ornament is available for purchase as a beautiful memento of the season and a token of appreciation for supporters.
