It’s the most wonderful time of the year: Winter Wonderland at Northwood University!
Students, faculty, staff and community members are invited to come experience horse-drawn carriage rides; festive music; cookies; crafts; and coffee and hot cocoa bars from 6 to 8 p.m. on Dec. 11, 12, 18 and 19.
Winter Wonderland is an annual tradition supported by generous donors. In addition to helping to decorate campus and inspire holiday spirit for students and staff, Winter Wonderland gifts fund scholarships and other areas of need that make a Northwood education accessible to current and future students.
“Winter Wonderland is a tradition that is beloved by our students, faculty, staff and community,” stated Laura Rhodes, director of annual giving for Northwood University. “We are grateful for all of this year’s Winter Wonderland sponsors, including our ‘Light the Night Sponsor’ Morgan Stanley/Catherine Eklund-Mares, who gave a record-breaking gift this year!”
To participate in Winter Wonderland, attendees are encouraged to park in the large parking lot by Bennett Sports Center, home to the Hach Student Life Center and Riepma Arena. The majority of activities will be by the Lincoln statue on the Mall Walk, near the new Four Seasons Building.
