My Teaching Philosophy
My teaching philosophy emphasizes experiential learning and the practical application of management principles and philosophies. My goal is to equip students with the skills and tools necessary for success in today’s business world. Drawing on over 30 years of experience as an industrial executive, I strive to convert that experience into valuable insights and knowledge that will help NU students excel from their first internship to their first full-time job.
Why I am at NU
I am a Northwood University alumnus and have always aspired to return and teach at the institution that laid the foundation for my successful career. Having lived the Northwood Idea and witnessed its power to drive growth and success, my goal now is to give back that knowledge and help Northwood students become the entrepreneurs and leaders of the future.
