Sharon Johnson has been a HR professional for 28 years with experience in many different industries including Automotive, Financial, Pharmaceutical, Technology, Communications, Cosmetic and Civil Service. As a Human Resources professional Ms. Johnson enjoys working with people, strategic planning, recruitment, benefits administration, policy development and contract negotiations.
Ms. Johnson has been with Piston Group for nearly 14 years serving in different capacities throughout the HR community such as HR Manager, Benefits Administrator, Benefits Manager and her current role of Executive Director of Operations for Human Resources. She has continued to show her commitment to the company’s values and growth. She strives to ensure diversity and equality throughout the organization. She has also served on the Pope Francis Center Board of Directors for the past 2 years.
Sharon currently has a BS degree in Business Management from Merger Evers College, in New York Ross Executive Training UofM, certification in HR Leadership, Dale Carnegie Certificate in Effective Communication and Public Speaking, Novell 4.11 CNA, CEBS & SHRM certifications (pending). Ms. Johnson is also exploring a Masters Degree in Business Law.
