Director – Partnership Activation
(Major League Baseball – Brooklyn, NY)

Kristi Wagner graduated from Northwood University in 2006 with a major in Marketing and Management. She is the Director of Partnership Activation for Major League Baseball.

When asked how her Northwood experience has impacted her career, Kristi said “Northwood not only exposed me to the idea of having a career in the sports & entertainment industry but gave me the foundation to feel confident enough to pursue that path. Before getting recruited to play soccer at Northwood, sports were always a massive part of my life, but I never considered the idea of carrying that passion into a career. I’ve had the opportunity to play a role in three Major League Soccer (MLS) clubs, a Marathon Major, two leading agencies (IMG College & Mindshare), and a top professional league (MLB). Without my Northwood experience, I can confidently say this would not have been my journey.”

Some of Kristi’s favorite memories from her time at Northwood include meeting her husband Erik, captaining the women’s soccer team, and making lifelong friendships through the soccer and track and field teams.
