Jason Brickl is an entrepreneur – a creator and curator of successful businesses. Today, he serves as Chairman and CEO of Brickl™ Companies, a diverse portfolio of affiliated companies, where he is tasked with growing the intrinsic value of each business.
With an eye toward opportunities for the future, Brickl™ Companies was founded by Jason Brickl, who made his first private company investment at the age of 27. He combines over twenty years of operating experience leading private companies and has significant practical experience in the field of business acquisitions and investment. Jason has successfully directed, completed, and integrated more than a dozen business acquisitions and start-ups of varying sizes during his career.
Brickl™ Companies affiliates include LeadCar™, a newly launched automotive dealership group; Sunlit® Business Services, a company that provides a full array of administrative services and specialized solutions to businesses, including management of Jason’s commercial real estate developments; and Brickl™ Capital, a family office focused on investing the private capital of Jason’s successful entrepreneurial ventures.
Prior to launching Brickl™ Companies, Jason was the owner and CEO of Ballweg Automotive Companies. He ushered in a period of significant growth, overseeing franchised new-car dealerships representing highly-desirable import and luxury brands throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota and Missouri – all recently joining the LeadCar™ group. During his tenure, Jason was co-chairman of the General Motors National Dealer Council and a member of the Toyota Dealer Council. He was named to Automotive News’ “40 under 40”, a list of young leaders the publication considers to be shaping the future of the automotive industry. Jason is also a past Director of Sauk Prairie Healthcare.
Jason graduated magna cum laude from Northwood University, where he continues to inspire young entrepreneurs. A past recipient of the Outstanding Alumni Achievement Award, he is a long-standing supporter of academics at his alma mater where he established the Regina and Jason Brickl Family annual scholarship. He proudly serves on the University’s Board of Trustees and Automotive Advisory Board.
Jason resides in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin with his wife Regina, a Northwood University alumna who leads the family’s philanthropic activities, and their two daughters, Giulia and Isabella. Giulia, 18, is a four-time state qualifier in swimming who will attend Eastern Illinois University. Isabella, 15, has a passion for dance and spends part of her summers performing with the American Academy of Ballet in New York City.
