Executive Director of the Robert W. Plaster Foundation
Dr. Clement is a veterinarian and owned her own small animal practice for 15 years. After her father passed away, she took the reins of the Robert W. Plaster Foundation as executive director. Dr. Clement is active in church, Boy Scouts, the NRA, and Rotary Club, among other things. She is on the Mercy Health Foundation and Ozarks Technical Community College Foundation Boards. She supports organizations fostering belief in Christ, free enterprise and pride in America. She has earned her single and multi-engine pilot’s licenses. Dr. Clement married an Eagle Scout and now has two sons who are also Eagle Scouts. She and her husband Tom are active raising their two boys and enjoy horseback riding and shooting sports.
