Dr. Pasky, from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, is founder, President and CEO of Strategic Staffing Solutions, a Detroit headquartered global IT and business services company with 24 branches in the U.S. and Europe. In addition to her 10 nonprofit Board affiliations, she spearheaded a homeless outreach program to secure permanent housing and employment. Her accolades include being one of the Most Powerful Women in Business and Top Women Entrepreneurs in North America. Her company is ranked 31st out of the 50 Fastest-Growing Women-led Companies by Women Entrepreneur magazine. Ms. Pasky’s leadership has won multiple awards for being one of the best companies to work for. She received an honorary doctorate from Central Michigan University. She and her husband, Paul Huxley, are civic philanthropists serving numerous organizations throughout the metropolitan Detroit area.
