He is the past chairman of the United States League of Savings Institutions, the 4,000- member national trade association for savings and loan associations and other thrift organizations, and is chairman of the League’s Legislative Policy Committee. He is past chairman of the California League of Savings Institutions, the statewide trade association for the industry.
