John A. Hillenbrand II has been active as an officer, member of the Executive Committee and member of the Board of Directors of Hillenbrand Industries, Inc. He is presently serving or has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Glynnadam, Inc., Chairman of the Board of Nambé Mills, Inc., Chairman of the Board of Able Body Corporation, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Pri-Pak, Inc., Member of the Board of Directors of Merchants National Corporation, Member of the Board of Directors of Merchants National Bank & Trust Company, Member of the Board of Directors of PSI Energy, Member of the Board of Directors of PPM, Inc., Vice-Chairman, Member of the Executive Committee and Board of Southern Cross Club, Inc. He has been active in various business associations including the Indiana State Chamber of Commerce, the Health Industries Association, and the Indiana Manufacturers’ Association. He has also served the State of Indiana in several appointive governmental positions and has served in leadership roles in civic, educational and religious activities.
