Campus Closure for the Holidays

The Northwood University campus will be closed from December 23rd until January 2nd for the holidays.

Mrs. Frank Aloysius Dixon, Jr. was born in Oklahoma City, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick J. Riley. Patricia’s father was born in Oklahoma when it was still a territory. A lifetime member of the 89ers Association, Mr. Riley served on the Executive Committee of the association for many years. After graduation from Marymount Academy, Tarrytown, New York, Patricia Dixon attended Marymount College and graduated from Marymount Junior College in Bel Air, California. She was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta while studying at the University of Oklahoma and, after earning a degree in history at O.U., attended Spanish language school in Saltillo, Mexico and the University of Madrid in Spain. Patricia Dixon has been a member of the Metropolitan Opera National Council in New York City. In addition, she has been an active member of the Northwood National Women’s Board, Houston chapter. She has served on the Executive Committee of The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston and as an advisory Trustee. (Deceased 2000)
