High-Level Executive, Strategic Visionary Development Series Geared Toward Global Automotive Aftermarket Leadership

Registration is now open for INFUSION ‘25 — a high-level professional development program for global executives in the automotive aftermarket sector.

“In today’s rapidly evolving global marketplace, even the most seasoned executives must remain agile, informed, and forward-thinking,” explained Dr. Thomas Litzinger, executive director of the University of the Aftermarket and aftermarket education industry chair at Northwood University. “INFUSION ‘25 is designed specifically for C-suite leaders who recognize that sustained success hinges on continuous strategic development, innovation, and the ability to drive transformational change within their organizations. This program equips executives with insights and tools to sharpen their competitive edge and lead with vision in a dynamic, global aftermarket landscape.”

The INFUSION executive professional development program helps participants formulate strategies to enhance their leadership capabilities, making them more efficient and effective in guiding their teams. Attendees will explore how to implement innovative tactics to achieve meaningful, measurable results for their organizations.

The course is constructed to analyze varying approaches to critical topics, design clear outcomes, appraise better results, develop ground-breaking strategic visionary skills, create dynamic organization cultures, measure the adverse impacts of organizational isolation, diagram state-of-the-art cyber-security stratagems, compare best practices in supply chain management, express knowledge in mergers and acquisitions, evaluate their corporate strategy, and differentiate their competitive advantage from their competition.

“This course helps fulfill our mission to advance the automotive aftermarket by equipping aftermarket executives with the strategy tools they need to grow and succeed,” stated James O’Dell, assistant director of aftermarket education at Northwood University.

The five-day global session, which will be held June 8–12, 2025, in South Korea, is being hosted by CTR Global.

“We are grateful to CTR Global, who will be allowing us to use their facilities, in addition to presenting some content and showing us must-see aftermarket facilities in South Korea,” Litzinger stated.

“We are excited to host this amazing group of industry leaders and facilitate executive training at our CTR Global South Korean facilities,” stated Michael Rukov, director of Sales for North America and an alumnus from the DeVos Graduate School of Management at Northwood University. “Our entire team will be there to support and guide the group on this journey. As an Infusion alumni myself, I am truly happy to bring a program of this caliber to our organization and contribute to the continued development of global aftermarket leadership.”
