Northwood University has been recognized by Forbes as one of the top 500 colleges in the United States, placing it in an elite class of institutions that demonstrate the best educational, financial, and career outcomes for students.
With over 5,000 colleges and universities nationwide, being named a Top College by Forbes is a significant honor.
Forbes uses 14 metrics to determine which 500 American colleges provide the best value for students. Schools are ranked highly on the list if their students return after their first year, graduate on time, secure high salaries after graduation, and leave college with minimal student debt.
“Northwood’s inclusion as one of the nation’s top 500 colleges underscores the university’s commitment to delivering exceptional educational quality and value,” stated Dr. Kristin Stehouwer, Provost and Academic Vice President at Northwood University. “This ranking reflects the hard work and dedication of our faculty, staff, and students, as well as our commitment to providing an outstanding education that prepares students for successful careers and lives of purpose.”
For the second consecutive year, Princeton University ranked No. 1 on the list, with Stanford University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology rounding out the top three. For more information on the rankings, visit Forbes Top Colleges.
