Event to feature more than 30 colleges and universities!

Northwood University is hosting a Sept. 25 College Fair for high schoolers to check out opportunities at more than 30 Michigan colleges and universities.

The event is open to any high school student and their families, as well as transfer students and anyone who is interested in pursuing a college degree. It is set to take place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, in the Hach Student Life Center at Northwood University.

“Northwood University is committed to empowering students with the knowledge and opportunities they need to succeed in their educational journey, and that includes providing opportunities like the Sept. 25 College Fair to explore various paths to their future,” stated Susie Poli-Smith, vice president of undergraduate enrollment and financial aid at Northwood University. “Additionally, the event will feature financial aid sessions to equip students and families with essential information to make informed decisions about affording college and investing in their education.”

At the fair, attendees will have the chance to meet admissions representatives, ask questions, and learn more about their options after high school. There will be two financial aid sessions – one before the fair begins and the other after the fair ends — that will include information about the FAFSA, scholarships, grants, and loan options that may be available.

The College Fair is being hosted by Northwood University in partnership with the Michigan Association for College Admission Counseling (MACAC) and the Michigan Association of Collegiate Registrars & Admissions Officers (MACRAO).
