Northwood University ranks among the top 35% of universities worldwide in the newly released Best Value University Ranking for International Students by Study Abroad Aide, the most comprehensive database of universities in the world.

Study Abroad Aide evaluated more than 8,000 higher education institutions across 69 countries. It ranks colleges based on quality and affordability, making it a valuable tool for international students seeking a top-notch education.

“Northwood University is more than a premier business school nestled in the heart of Midland, Michigan; we are a gateway to the world and truly a global university,” stated Dr. Kristin Stehouwer, academic vice president and provost. “Our mission is to develop free-enterprise leaders who drive global economic and social progress. To that end, we are committed to global education, as exhibited by our extensive network of international partnerships and programs, including our study abroad programs and the many international students on our Midland campus, as well as our presence in Sri Lanka, China, Switzerland, and the United Arab Emirates.”

Dean of International Affairs Adem Althor noted it is an honor to be ranked among the best-value universities in the United States, as it further illustrates Northwood’s commitment to offering high standards of education while keeping costs affordable for international students.

“Northwood is attractive to international students because our approach emphasizes practical learning, problem-solving, and collaboration, which ensures our international students are well-prepared to navigate the complexities of the global marketplace,” Althor added.
