The Northwood University Business Professionals of America (BPA) team excelled at the Feb. 12 BPA State Conference at Davenport University in Grand Rapids.
As a result of strong all-around performances, Northwood had over 70% of its team qualify for the BPA Nationals competition, and they are ready to make the trip to Dallas, Texas, this coming May.
Lead by BPA Student President Skylar Sherman and advised by Julie Adamczyk, the team competed in a multitude of categories, earning 40 top-three finishes.
“This is an impressive feat, considering the stiff competition against the likes of Alma College, Central Michigan University, Davenport University, Montcalm CC, and Lake Superior State University/Bay College,” Adamczyk stated.
