Marge Predeteanu has demonstrated a lifelong devotion and dedication to the free enterprise system and the freedom of the individual to achieve one’s dream in a free society. She was born in the USA but lived in communist Romania. Upon returning to the United States, she earned a B.A. and M.A. from Wayne State University. She has been a Certified Travel Counselor and a licensed insurance and real estate agent. As owner of three travel agencies, she distinguished herself as a pioneer in providing travel to Eastern Europe, developed and specialized in travel for senior citizens and was awarded the highest monetary award for marketing ideas from the Canadian Tourist Office. Marge is president of Institute Predete, Inc., a company marketing the Derm-Care products developed by her late husband, Constantin Predeteanu, M.D.,M.S., a dermatologist and author of “The ABC’s of Cosmetics.” Her activities have included trustee of the Bloomfield University School, president of the Wayne State University Women’s Alumni and Romanian Heritage Association, American Association of University Women, Cranbrook Academy of Art and Detroit Institute of Arts and the National Women’s Board of Northwood University. Marge makes her homes in Michigan and Florida.
