| Job Description: | Duties limited to the following - maintaining Microsoft Access 2003 and Constant Contact - adding new contact information as it comes in, update current information when needed, find and update addresses for returned mail; maintaining Flickr account; maintaining Facebook account; help in executing mass mailings; making labels for various mailings, adhering labels and stamping post cards for mailing. All employees will receive thorough training for each activity that they are given to accomplish. |
| Qualifications: | WORK-STUDY REQUIRED. Proficiency with MS Word and Excel required. It would be helpful but not required to be proficient in Microsoft Access 2003. Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and communicate orally and in writing. Supervision and training will be provided by Office Manager. |
