Nathali Delgado, a Northwood University freshman never thought she's have the opportunity to attend a private university and combine her interests in International Business and Entertainment Management. However a 3.7 grade point average and a generous scholarship package from Northwood made it possible for the 18 year-old West Palm Beach resident to achieve her dream of going to college. The native Colombian and graduate of G-Star High School in West Palm Beach who loved learning about the business end of the entertainment industry from teacher Alan Benjamin, couldn't believe it when she learned Northwood University, in which she'd always driven by, offered International Business. So when a Northwood admissions counselor notified her she'd be awarded a generous scholarship package covering more than half tuition she was amazed. Now a few weeks into her first term as a Northwood freshman, she says she loves attending college classes because the campus atmosphere is very personalized and the concept of international business 'really grabs my mind.' "I thank my mother and my father because they are my main support system, and have encouraged me to achieve my dream as becoming the first person in my family to graduate college. That's why this opportunity is so special," she said.
